All the staff of Janith Homes work within the ethos of the home to promote service users’ independence and meet their individual needs. We believe in promoting a high level of mandatory and service specific training to give our staff the skills and knowledge they need to work effectively.
We invest in and promote staff progress including NVQs. All new staff undertake an induction programme which also includes The Care Certificate. We offer a range of training methods including in-house and external providers as well as e-learning. Staff are encouraged to be open and transparent and to bring new ideas forward in our regular staff meetings.
